The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They have developed a relationship with my mom beyond professional/patient. There is genuine regard for her feelings and her progress. It has been a scary transition for all of us as we never had to deal with assisted living or rehab before. However, no question or concern is too big it too small. The facility is beautiful. There us not that odor typically associated with nursing homes. If I were designing an eldercare facility, I could do no better than the Chateau.

The facilities were great and exceptionally clean. I felt like the living environment was very safe and comfortable for the residents. The assisted living community seemed more like a home than a facility or instution, therefore making everyone involved a littler more at ease. I would have rated the facility with five stars; however, the staff weren't as warm and polite as they should be. Many staff members treated the residents as if they were intruders in their own home instead of as if they were in fact workers of the residents who pay quite a bit to live in the facility. Overall the experience was pretty cool
