The staff was very welcoming. My grandfather complained about the food but you can not expect much from that type of living facility. There was a spot in the hall where it looked like someone had mopped and not left a wet floor sign. Slippery places such as these can be dangerous. My grandfather's nurse was a very nice lady. I do not remember her name. The visiting hours are well maintained. Smoking is not allowed near the door. There is a sign posted but the rule is not well inforced.
