My mom moved into the Divine Providence Community Home. It's closer to home. The facility was very nice and updated. It's easy access for my mom. They keep us informed and contact us with our everyday questions. They have live entertainment and a game room where they can do puzzles.

Divine Providence Community Home provides a holistic approach in ministering and providing the physical, social, emotional, occupationjal and spiritual needs of any and all residents. This care fcility provides assisited apt. living and state evaluated care levels in the nursing home itself--all housed under one roof so that full building access is afforded without having to go in the outside elements. One of the very nicest and well-staffed small town facillites I've known.
