Brookcrest is an old building. The whole place is older than the ones I’ve seen, but the people are really nice, and the facility is very clean.

My mother was at Brookcrest for a little while when she had back surgery. They were good. Sanitation was OK. They kept everything clean. Food and dining area were fine. The room was good.

My mother had her hip replaced and in those first few weeks after surgery, she was more than the family could handle at home so she entered the rehab unit at Brookcrest. She felt welcome from the moment she arrived. The Physical therapy provided to my Mom helped her get up and moving as quickly as possible. The therapy staff was encouraging. The nursing staff was positive, happy, ready to help and competent. Her call bell was answered promptly. The meals were very good with huge portions. The room was spacious with plenty of room and comfortable chairs for visitors. The staff communicated what was going on with my father which helped put him at ease. Parking was right by the door. There was a person at a reception desk for security who greeted us with a smile every time we entered!
