I toured Douglas Cove Health and Rehabilitation. The only thing best about it is that it would have been closer to where I live. I was familiar with the place. It's been there a long time. So, it's old. They have made a few improvements, but it just didn't seem as friendly, and more like a nursing home than the other facility. The whole atmosphere is more gloomy. They weren't as up-to-date and cheery-looking. The person who gave the tour was very cordial. He was the assistant manager. I just get the feeling they were more short-staffed than the other facility.
