I live in Weinberg Village I. What's best is probably the price. I don't think the staff is competent. I don't think they chose the right people for this type of community. There's a difference between someone having experience with seniors and someone having a heartbeat and we've got heartbeats around here. There's a program called Eating Together and you pay about $3 for a meal every day, but I don't participate in that one. The building is old. The building has been here for 25 years. They have never been painted. The carpets are filthy. It hasn't been kept up like it should be for this kind of building. They have several exercise programs and strength training. Most of them are health related. They have a class for balance and a class for knitting. They're pretty good classes. The rooms are accommodating. The kitchen is a little small, but they're ample.
