Center Place Apartments looks fantastic and well-kept. They have activities and it's very good. The assistant manager took me on a tour and she was very kind. She explained everything to me about what I needed to do with the application process. She also explained the different areas and the community center. She was very thorough. The 1-bedroom apartment is not huge, but I don't want anything big. It's just exactly what I was looking for. It has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom with huge closets. Everything is brand new and it's nice. We can use the computer, they have a community room, there's a little library, and we can play games. It has an elevator and the building is non-smoking. A lot of things are being remodeled, everything was new, and they're doing whatever needs to be redone. It was nice and clean. Everything looked great.

Center Place Apartments is an independent living retirement community for seniors over the age of 62, located in Dundalk, MD. We are proud of our ability to provide our residents with an affordable, safe and comfortable living environment while keeping rent based on income. Center Place is set behind one of the main commercial roads in Dundalk, providing residents convenient access to shops and entertainment. There are two-floor plans from which to choose, including spacious one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes for rent for the best independent living. When you're not at home, you'll want to head over to our community room and mix with other residents in our lobby for coffee hour or to enjoy activities and events with other residents or with friends.
