I stayed at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. They lost my clothes. I think I was able to retrieve maybe three or four items after going over there several times and telling them I needed my clothes. The whole building is locked down. There are a couple of good people there who are dedicated to their jobs, but most of the people who work there don't pay attention to what they're supposed to be doing at the time. And a lot of them don't even have the knowledge that they should have for what they're doing. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't that great. They never asked the residents anything about how they would like the food, or knew of certain suggestions. They often served it cold and late. They had bingo, and people went through it twice a week. They would have to do a complete overhaul of all of the staff. This place was called Manor Care Health Services, and it's just been taken over by an umbrella company called Promedica.
