My brother has lived here for five years. The owners and family run it and they are very kind people. The place has a very calm feeling to it. This is a two hundred year old building with a lot of charm. The wrap around porch has many flower baskets and is a wonderful place to sit and look over the manicured grounds. The staff is very caring and helpful.It's crucial to have competent staff and Windham Residential Care has this. I visit my brother often and have observed the staff interacting with residents in a respectful and competent manner.

I was at Windham Residential Care, and it was a nightmare. The food was home cooked and sloppy. We shared the bathroom with the other 10 people. It was expensive, as well. Overall, my experience was not good.
