My mom is a resident of Anderson at Summerfield Memory Care. I have no complaints. Everything looks awesome, and the staff is fantastic. The marketing person I spoke with was great, and the nursing administrator, everybody. I haven't had any bad experiences from the time I went in and saw the place, got the tour of it, to actually getting her in. Everything went really well; everyone was really kind and helpful, and seemed to understand what her needs would be. It's smaller than where she's coming from, but it's great. They have kitchen, living room, and the bathroom is right in her bedroom; it looks really nice. I wasn't there for her with breakfast, but my brother said breakfast went really well, and her dinner, she actually ate all of it. I was sitting there watching her, she seems to really enjoy it. I think they are too expensive.
