I have been thoroughly pleased with how the staff truly treats residents like family. When you visit there, you feel like your visiting a bunch of friends. It doesn't feel cold. I know my mom enjoys the staff. I feel better knowing they are treating her like family.The place is super clean too.

Good Samaritan Society is doing good so far. Everything has been fine. However, one of the complaints is that the young ones that work there need more training on how to handle the residents and need to be more empathic.
