The overall impression when you first enter is very unimpressive. The facility is very untidy and has a foul odor. Patients are under supervised, based on the volume of falls that occur on a monthly basis. The staff are uninformed. They have no idea of a resident's past medical history or what needs they would need to help them. They are not trained in emergency first response to save a life until an ambulance arrives. I have experienced many instances of what I believe is negligence from staff members.
