This place is so below the standard of care. They hide behind accommodations only being a few years old. I witnessed the time and time again not caring to my relative’s needs and when they did come in her room, I hey were rough and insisted she got up on her own. She could barely move but they just pulled her arms every time despite her crying in pain. The CNAs and nurses are pathetic. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE THERE EVEN IF TEMPORARY. The administration doesn’t care either. Complaints go absolutely no where. Horrible nursing home and rehabilitation center.

St. Clara's Manor's staff is a very caring staff. All of the staff, including Maintenance, housekeeping, and dietary are very kind. They always try hard to answer our questions and the nurses have contact with a great physician when my mom isn't feeling well. They work hard to take care of all their patients. My mother has a well lit, comfortable and lovely room that is cleaned daily.

Would not recommend. People who work there seem to punch a clock and although my mother lived there over a year we were never even sent a condolence when she passes away, just a refund check with a computer printout. Adequate care is all you will get, Compassion is not high on the list.
