Golden Moments was a very great nursing home. To start the people there were very polite and eager to talk to you. It was pretty much a bunch of people who a ton of story's to tell! But of course with every great place there its flaws. As far as the staff goes they were very professional. Would meet and greet and when could but still at the same time took their job and responsibility s very serious! When something went wrong the staff was quick to address the problem and get it fixed in a timely matter. For example when a resident made a mess during supper time. The proper procedures were taken and everything was done professionally. Overall i would rate Golden Moments with a 4/5.
