Twin Falls Care and Rehabilitation Center

I didn't like Twin Falls Care and Rehabilitation Center much, but at least the aides stayed to take care of my mom, and they knew her and would talk to her and treat her like she was a real person. It was roomy, and they had a nice entryway for people who would come to visit. They had a nice room where I could play the piano for my mom, a nice TV room, and a really nice dining area.

It seemed that the staff was very friendly but did not have good communitcation with other staff memebers. Center showed obvious signs of constant new hire training. When I first went to the care center to see my grandfather it took the front reception almost 10 minutes for them to find out what room my grandfather was staying. No computer information, a white board, or even a list of rooms with names. The new girl at the reception desk had no idea where anyone was at. I will give the staff a cheer for pushing patients to excercise regualarly to keep their strength up. It also seemed that the residents where not able to enjoy the food and drink that they enjoyed the most. Im sorry but if I'm at deaths door like most of the residents I would want to eat and drink what I wanted instead of being parked infront of tv all day or sleeping the twilight of my life away.
