My mom recently stayed at Palolo for rehab, and I can’t say enough good things about the care she received. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her like family. The nurses and aides were attentive, patient, and truly compassionate, always making sure she was comfortable and encouraging her through her recovery. The therapy team was fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and dedicated to helping her regain her strength and independence. The facility itself was always clean, welcoming, and well-organized. We also appreciated the open communication with the staff, who kept us updated and answered our questions with kindness. Thanks to their exceptional care, my mom made wonderful progress and felt safe, respected, and cared for every step of the way. We are so grateful for everyone at Palolo, they truly go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place to any family looking for quality rehab or long-term care.

My father is in rehab right now at Palolo Chinese Home. It's a nice, clean, quiet facility. The staff is attentive and communicative. They say they have activities, but I don't know because we don't get to observe because of COVID. They have bingo and crafts.
