I don't recommend The Oaks - Bethany (Skilled Nursing) at all. It's awful. My grandmother was there and I pulled her out of there. The furniture that we found in the room had mold growing on the inside of the cupboards. We were in there and there was a guy down the hall that had a head wound that was bleeding and there was blood on the floor. My grandmother fell on there and they didn't even call me. It was on a Sunday and they tried to tell me it just happened after they gave her a med. They didn't have hospice come out and check her out. I ended up pulling her out of there and taking her to the hospital and she had six broken ribs. When I went in there, it took me 30 minutes to find somebody. There was nobody around. The food was their best thing. Whoever it is doing the food, they were the only thing good about that place. The food was hot and they did uphold her dietary restrictions. It was good and she ate it. That was the only thing she enjoyed. The facility looked rundown. They need to improve on their nurses, and their staff, updating the place, checking out the cabinets, and communication.
