My mom went to Meadows Park Health & Rehabilitation in Vidalia supposedly for a 20-day rehabilitation, but her condition ended up getting worse and we were transported out from there last week to a community hospice. It's a nice facility, fairly new, with good staff and great rehabilitation. They had activities too but Covid stuff started and it caused a few restrictions. They do have bingo nights and all kinds of activities. My mom had issues with swallowing, they ended up having to puree her food so she didn't get a normal diet. With the little bit that I saw though, I think the food was okay. I think it's a wonderful place.
