My mom is in a place called Reliance Healthcare. We have a relative who works there, so she is familiar with the staff and everything, and their staff is awesome. It is a very clean facility.

This company is unreliable in providing care for your loved ones. The staff members that is in charge of the aides are rude, loud and very unprofessional. The aides (not all) are also unprofessional and do not show up for their assigned shift, when you bring it to the staff attention, it like it's no big deal. Their phones are unavailable to leave a message because the voicemail box is full. They do not care about you or your loved ones. Please do not use this facility if you truly love your family member. This is a top down problem.

Improperly administered care and no weekend coverage to correct it. Suggested patient go to the ER instead of sending someone out to fix their error. Terrible, terrible patient care. Beware of this company for your loved ones.

They are very unreliable and they don't communicate with the client.I had people show up to my house unexpectedly to take care of me.The management is really ghetto and confused about everything. They underpay their cna's and the cna's look a mess.
