My mom is a resident of Brightmoor Nursing Center. I chose this place because of the cleanliness and the people. I spoke to one of the owners. From what I've seen, they do not use temporary help, everybody there is employed. It's a much better environment than where she was previously. Here in Brightmoor, they kept the food heated. The big rolling container keeps it heated, so, when the patients get the food, it's warm.
