We chose Heritage Healthcare because my daughter worked there at that time. So we felt a member of the family would see her every day. My mother's been there for over a year now. I just don't feel like they pay that good of attention to the people's needs. Although some of the people there seem really nice. But I'm still looking for something up.

Hilltop Nursing Home is no where you want a loved one. While my grandmother was there she lost a lot of weight, was constantly bruised, and complained of theft and neglect. During her stay there, my grandmother's weight dropped to skin and bones. She always had bruises all over her. I know the older you get the easier you bruise, but the number of bruises she had on her suggested rough treatment. My grandmother also complained of theft and neglect. Her most frequent complaint was her cigarettes would always go missing. We've since to moved her to another nearby facility where she has regained her weight, no longer is constantly bruised, and says she is incredibly happy now. Stay away from this place and try Hertitage Healthcare of Forsyth.
