The staff are very helpful and my grandmother knows them all by name, however they always seem short. There is a nurse always available to help my grandmother and at times she can be a handful. The rooms are too small for two person living. Two rooms (4 people) share the same restroom with a toilet and sink. They don't take into consideration who they make roommates either. My grandmothers roommate mostly sleeps and when she is awake she yells. The only words you can make out are the curse words. They have a nice yard for the elderly, but I rarely see anyone outside. The only time my grandmother goes outside is when we take her, I think it is due to the facility being under staffed.
