Viva Senior Living at Albany does activities with the seniors. They provide special care services such as getting haircuts and getting their hair done. They offer them wonderful breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have an area for the veterans, and my dad is a veteran. They're very attentive to their seniors. That's the main thing that I like about them. The facilities were very clean, neat, and organized.

I toured Viva Senior Living at Albany. The building's layout is like a circle, so if the residents go full circle they won't get lost, and I like that. The people there were very nice and knowledgeable. They answered my questions. It was a good atmosphere. The staff member who gave me the tour did a very good job of taking her time and showing me around. She showed me the areas where they did the activities. I met one of the residents there and we talked for a while. It was a very nice and cozy place. I looked at the studio apartment that was available at the time. The facility had a courtyard and a couple of library areas, too. If you want to visit with your loved ones, there is a private area where you can eat together. There is also the main area. They offer three meals a day, and in their rooms they have refrigerators and things like that so that you can have snacks too. It was very accommodating.

We toured Viva Senior Living at Albany. I liked everything. There was nothing that I did not like, erything that the lady went through here and everything about the facility. They showed us the room. They took us on a tour. They showed us everything about the facility. They answered every question we had. She provided information that we didn't ask for. They were awesome. The apartment was laid out perfectly.

The staff was very friendly at Viva Senior Living at Albany. It was very open and clean. I was given plenty of information. I got to see the grounds. I like that there was a staff member either coming out or interacting with a patient. So it was kind of like a home for those who didn't have a home to have someone watch over. They said they were going to have to evaluate my dad, but I looked at a studio and a living situation that if he needed more memory care, we could step over to that. The staff members were knowledgeable and friendly. They asked about my dad's mental capacity, and they asked emotional questions, too. They asked what medications he would need help with. They were very detailed.

I liked it. The rooms were bigger and they had a little kitchenette and a sitting area. Even in the smaller rooms, they still had more than just the bedrooms. There was a small refrigerator, a sink, and a small microwave. The people there were very good and very helpful. The staff who toured me around was new in her job, but she seemed very knowledgeable and she was very polite to the residents as we were passing by, which meant a lot to me. She was very professional, but she couldn't do the paperwork so she had to go get somebody else to do it. They provided 3 meals and snacks, and they gave them choices of what they wanted to eat.

We got my mom here. We have adjustments to make, but they have been very good to us. My mom's room is clean, the right size, and very nice. They come in if she needs anything and they offer a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. My mom seems to enjoy the food.
