Rooms are outdated and not very clean and have extremly bad odors with not so clean bathrooms which are shared with 3 other residents in the joining rooms next store , Staff doesn't really interact at all or say hello,and always short on staff when you need something for my loved one, Only has Bingo once in a while and not much else but religous groups and not much to look forward too, this community doesn't offer much of anything , would not recommend this Facility to anyone. front of building and front lobby is nice but walk through the double doors and not the same environment .

As a former resident & returning resident, I would like to let everyone know how I enjoy the great activities, Jim provides & I also enjoy his fellowship! The management is very caring & understands what I need at my time of need!!

Consulate Health Care of Safety Harbor was good. The staff was friendly. The food was bland, but it's OK. My friend's room was very clean. They have an exercise area.

The facility is older and in need of some updating.Some equipment is in need of repair and is not very safe.Laundry is lost.All that said, the staff is superb and go out of their way to right wrongs,and when needed more then pills a hug is always there.Food is fair and the kitchen will change something if you can't eat what was provided. Handwashing needs a lot of improvement.
