The staff did seem under-trained, plain old people, most were impolite and moody. The facilities themselves are just houses/condos that are poorly reconfigured for the needs of their occupants. The amenities seemed basic too, it gave the impression of a daycare where only basics were handed out to the occupants like medications and food. The facilities weren't as clean as you would expect either, many seemed dirty, with stains on carpets and dust/hair accumulating on floors.
