Acacia Creek has something to do evey day, from up to 3 meals a day, shopping trips, other types of trips, or in house activies. For me, I have gotten a lot of value for the cost. I went to Acacia Creek. I like the location. They have it in a gated community on a hillside, so it has trees, grass, and a walking path. And so it's very nice. It's not in the middle of a city or anything. It's lovely. And, it has lots of daily activities and excursions. The building was attractive. The rooms were nice and I did interact with the people there. Everybody was friendly. It's a little expensive, but this was the most expensive one I looked at. It would be my first choice if I could move today and figure out if I could afford it. I met the residents and the people who gave the tour, and everybody was very friendly. The facility was very clean and attractive. It has a friendly atmosphere. It felt homey. You didn't feel like you were in an institution. It felt like a very nice, friendly residence.

My mother-in-law was at Acacia Creek. Sometimes, the service was just really good, and other times they were not addressing your needs. The place was pleasant upon entry. There were no odors and it was very clean. They had a lot of activities to offer. They had group activities. They had senior Sit and Be Fit activities, puzzles, mahjong, movie nights, and outdoor excursions with their van. They would be taken out to lunch or the movies.

We thought Acacia Creek was a nice place. It's pretty much brand new, so it's in very good shape. Everything's nice and clean. The people there were friendly. The people we talked to that lived there liked it, and that's always a good sign. All the rooms we looked at were empty, and they looked clean and brand new. They have a little woodshop, a sewing area, game rooms, a nice swimming pool, and an exercise room. They had all the things that we would like to have in a place. The salesperson was friendly and nice.

I toured Acacia Creek. It was a good experience. I like that there are lots of activities and whatnot. The only thing I didn't like about it is that half the units are facing a hillside with no view and no sun. The physical appearance and the staff were both very good. They have a dining room, they have hobbies and a swimming pool. The rooms were nice, but again, some of the rooms were facing the hillside and without sun.

We liked Acacia Creek. The rooms were very nice and had a full kitchen with a stove. It was beautiful. The accommodations and the amenities were very nice. The food was more than adequate. They had movies, visits around the community, and a service to doctors and hospitals. We saw both independent and assisted living, and they're very good. They had a washer and dryer in every apartment. They gave me a full meal that was good. They had exercises and trips. The one-bedrooms were very nice, and they had parking available.

I am living in Acacia Creek. The people are wonderful, and the meals are good. What else can I ask for? They offer anything that you can imagine. They're absolutely wonderful. They have drivers here who will take you to and from your appointments. It's beautiful, spacious, clean, and ideal for anybody. The space is fine.

Acacia Creek was a great place, very nice, and very friendly, but I would like the rooms to be a little bit larger. The food was excellent, and their programs were very interesting. The rooms were apartment type. They had a swimming pool, a library, computers, and they had a wood room for guys that wanted to do woodwork. They also had a whole apartment dedicated for sewing. They had underground parking and an assigned space and a locker. They had a nice porch in every unit where you could put two chairs and a table with enough room for potted plants. However, the price was much higher than the other place we visited, and they only include one meal. You can eat more, but you have to pay for it. They have a full kitchen with a washer and dryer in the unit.

The things that impressed me at Acacia Creek are the size of the apartments, the dining room, the menus they present, the number of the amenities, the gymnasium, and the swimming pool. They also have many activities that were appealing. They have trips, crafts, jewelry making, various lectures, card games, movies, fitness classes, and Tai Chi. The staff has been excellent.

Acacia Creek was nice, but it just did not appeal to me. I know a couple of people that are living there, and it's good for them. I had dinner there with some friends whose parents were there, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. When we were going up and down the elevator, I was not impressed with the attitude of the residents, but my friend told me that their parents have been very welcomed by the residents. It is beautiful, but it's away from everything. I had lunch there, and the food was wonderful.

The staff at Masonic Home was outstanding. We would definitely move in there. The location is excellent, and it’s a beautiful place. We’ve been a few times to visit it and spend the night there. The food is fantastic, and the people that we met there are all very happy with their decision. The sanitation is cleaner than I keep my house. The people that worked there seemed very dedicated and friendly, and the comments on the people that live there are: if you need something, they have already seen it and got it for you. They stay on top of each person to make sure that you’re well cared for and that you have what you need. They have beautiful facilities.

Acacia Creek was in a nice location. It’s rather elaborate. It’s sort of an upscale type of facility. They have masonic homes plus new additions. They’re leasing out and making it available for independent living too. The rooms and apartments are upscale. The food was very food. The meals had good portions, and you can buy extra. They have group activities, computer access, daytrips, and transportation to other facilities. However, it was not particularly for me.

I took a tour of the new Acacia Creek facility and found it to be gorgeous. It's a part of the Masonic Homes of Union City but is open to all denominations. Although Union City is not a well known location it is actually fairly convenient to all parts of the SF bay area and you certainly get a lot more for your money. The apartments are brand new and the dining room looks straight out of a 5 star resort. The manager, Mel, is also a caring and compassionate person who cares deeply for each resident. On our tour he noticed a wet spot on the grounds and immediately found a groundskeep to fix it before any resident might have an unfortunate accident. I would definitely consider this resort when I'm ready to retire.

The staff here are literally on-call all the time and always greet visitors and the seniors they are caring for with smiles. I have never had trouble, nor has my grandma ever complained of the treatment she receives here from there. The amenities are pretty standard for what it is, so no complaints there either. As for the facilities, there are huge banquet rooms, dance rooms, etc. next door at the Ralph and Mary Ruggieri Senior Center, which I believe is part of the facility+ owned by the city. It's really nice! Masonic Homes arranges for a ton of events to be held there to be able to keep the seniors lively and socialized, so the experience here is really one that is worth looking into if you are a senior nearby Union City.

I visited this home last year and took an extensive tour. I met the Director, Mel and several staff members, all of which were extremely nice, courteous and proffessional. What struck me was how clean and bright the community, living spaces and grounds were. There were also many activities going on and several residents having fun in the halls and galley- I definately recommend that you condider this place for your loved one(s).
