Zeny's RCFE #1 is an end-of-life place and not a place you'd go if you're sound of mind or if you're social. The living space is very small, and it's like they bought a house from the 60s that hasn't been updated since. They haven't put money into the house other than to maintain what's already there. I'd never recommend it for anybody who still had their mobility or cognitive behavior. Everything was really small and dark. The folks who were already there were quiet in mind. The person who toured us around was very nice, generous with his time and answered our questions.
