I toured Pacifica Senior Living South Coast. The place is spotless and very pleasant. All the residents there seemed very happy to be there. The staff was very professional and very kind to the residents. It was not a large area but it was very pleasant. It was shaded with lots of chairs and umbrellas. They had raised flower beds for the residents to do some planting activity, so it's really nice.

I visited Pacifica Senior Living South Coast. They were very unprofessional. It's a very small community. Their TV room was the size of one of their hallways. It was very small with one couch. You could peek into any of the rooms, which a lot of the doors were open, and it was more of a hospital setting than it was senior living. It didn't look like assisted living to me at all and that's the area I was in. I was not in the memory care part at all. They had an outdoor space, but it was like someone's back patio. It was tiny, so the outdoor space for the residents was nonexistent.

I toured Pacifica Senior Living South Coast. I like that it was a smaller facility, and it seemed fine. It was a little more institutional than the other place. The rooms seemed small. The community spaces seemed nice and adequate. Some of the furnishings were a little bit nicer.

We went to Pacifica Senior Living South Coast. The facility itself was nice. The outside didn't seem spacious enough if they wanted to be outdoors. The director that we saw was a little loud but she was nice. It seemed not the right place for my husband. We saw the assisted living and the memory care, and they were nice. The room was not quite spacious in the memory care, but it wasn't terrible. They seemed to have a good activity plan calendar. I think the interaction would have been pretty good. It didn't feel right to me, but it looked like it had a lot to offer. The location was fine.

Our experience with Pacifica Senior Living South Coast has been very positive. I like the lady who contacted me and told me about the facility, she did a great job and she really communicated well, and the positive and caring attitude about the facility. From what I've seen, the atmosphere is great. I was able to be there with my mom when she moved in. I saw several aides, assistants and nurses come in and out. We sit on the patio when we visit her, so I've had interaction with various staff members, a couple of hospice doctors, nurses, etc., and they've all been positive interactions. She has a nice room with a window, and it's cheerful. Value for money is excellent, but I rate the food a 1. My mom's food is pureed and it looks terrible. I wouldn't give it to a dog. I've only seen one dish that's something brown, that's all.

I thought the moving my dad in was going to be hard just because its a new environment but my dad adapted very well and that was because the staff welcomed him with open arms as if they had already met him before. I've gone everyday since then to visit him and he just seems so happy being there. I'm glad i made this move where not only is my dad happy but i'm happy and comfortable with him being there.

The moment you enter the facility you are warmly greeted and asked to sign in. (That’s great security and gives me great piece of mind) The facility is well lit, extremely fresh smelling consistently very clean and lovely landscape plus amazing resident garden. Kind, caring staff extremely cooperative. Nice selection of activities.

Pacifica Senior Living South Coast seems OK. One thing I didn't like was the floor. It's hard and slippery, which did not impress me much. They were kind of using pressure tactics trying to get us to sign up. It's a small place and it didn't seem like there was much outside space. The cleanliness seemed fine. The whole thing was just kind of ordinary.

This is a great community nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I visited before the construction started and I'm glad i did! To see what the community has become is overwhelming. The staff is great and the food is better. I recommend to anyone to come visit this place first if you are in need of a great community.

Pacifica is nice looking and the people are great. It has an outside patio area, but not as much as the other places. I have seen residents doing painting, watching TV, block-building, and so on. My dad mentioned once that the food was awful. The price is about the same as other communities, give or take.

It was very clean in appearance. They also had very friendly staff when I visited. The facility has two floors. It seemed like the more impaired individuals would go upstairs, which worried me with my husband. I like them quite well but they weren't too closely located to me, so I passed on them.

It felt like too much of a locked-down place. But it was a clean, nice, fresh and well-decorated facility. The rooms were nice but there weren't a lot of rooms that go outside the building. The rooms were adequate and well-arranged.
