"I looked at Magnolia Place Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was a good tour. We like it. It was a very nice place. The staff member who gave the tour was wonderful. They showed us the whole place. They had a secluded green area."

"I have been living here at The Wildwood Senior Living for five years. I think it is a wonderful place. We have a chef and we can get meals from 7 in the morning till 7 in the evening. There's a person that comes in and cleans my apartment every week. We have all kinds of activities like card games, dominoes, Rummy Cubes, and all kinds of bingo. Everybody here is just really nice. They have a studio room, a 1-bedroom apartment, and a 2-bedroom apartment. There's also a maintenance program that will come in and help you with anything that needs to be done."

"The cottage that was shown to us at Village on the Park Rogers was 1400 square feet. It was lovely. It was like a brand new house and it had more space. The rooms were larger. It had a full kitchen and it was very modern. They had a library, but it wasn't as extensive as the other facility I've been to. They have several outdoor spaces and they were lovely, too. They were well-maintained, and there were chairs in several of them that a lot of the residents would sit outside in those areas. The person who took me around was young, energetic, very knowledgeable, and very personable. They invited us for lunch and the food we had was excellent. I would have liked to have had the recipe for the entree that they served."

"I toured Gran Villas Neosho for my dad. The rooms were bigger than the ones we saw in another community. The beds were bigger, too, and they had a kitchenette in the room should he decide to make something. I like the staff. They were very helpful and very caring. One of the things I didn't like about it, though, was that it seemed older than some of the other ones. It wouldn't hurt to update a bit. They offer three meals a day, snacks, and transportation. They assist with baths, medications, and pretty much help the residents do everything they need. They had a lot of activities like Bingo, church on Sundays, and just different things like that. The staff is very welcoming and very informative. They took us on a tour and showed us all around. They showed us a vacant room and what they would look like should he decide to move in. They also answered a lot of questions."

"The community is always very clean. The staff is very kind and patient. The staff always know what each individual needs and wants are. For example the laundry they know how each person likes their laundry completed. The care of the staff is top notch. The care team always have smile on their faces. The food is great. The staff takes your order from a menu if the person does not want is prepared. The activities are fun and they go on outings. They celebrated our only veteran on veteran's day. We had a wonderful Christmas party. The staff invites families to their celebrations. I would recommend any family to come join us. They all treat us as family. The price we pay is more than fair because of the care we receive."

My grandmother has been here several times for rehab and were blessed she always goes home. She has went to 2 other facilities to be closer to home but was not pleased so Seneca House is where we go. "Of all the places I've toured, the one I like the most is Legacy Village. I like it because the community was divided into several different houses with 10 members in each house, so it didn’t feel like a hospital setting. The staff was nice, and the residents seemed fine. I saw their calendar of activities, and they have lots of things to do. I would recommend this place. "

"I think Country Style Home Health Care, with branch offices all over Oklahoma, is one of the best home health agencies around. The staff is compassionate and understanding and very professional. They take the time to get to know the family personally and become like one of the family. If I have friends, family, or neighbors who are looking for a quality home health service, I always recommend Country Style, based on personal experience with my uncle. The staff is also knowledgeable about medications, and are highly trained to deal with any situation. It is not just senior citizens who will benefit from Country Style...even young people sometimes need home health services that do not include home palliative care by a hospice organization. I cannot say it enough that the staff of Country Style has some of the best home health aides around. "

"The people were nice at Gardens at Osage Terrace. They gave us a good tour, but I just didn’t like the feel of it. It felt like a big hospital ward, and my mother didn’t want to be in a place that felt like a hospital or a ward. "

"I toured The Meadows Independent & Assisted Living Community. It was good, and the food was good. The tour person was excellent at explaining everything. I still felt I had to give up a lot of independence living there. You have to go down the hall to use their community laundry. It's going down there, and it's at the other end of the building where your room is. They have three meals a day."

"Everything at Primrose Retirement Community of Rogers was amazing. We almost went with that one. Our only reason for not was the price, because it was significantly more than what we're already paying. It was extremely clean. They had a lot of nice amenities. We also got to tour the memory care, and the care was also incredible. It was large, which typically we see just like a hallway for memory care. Everything there was extremely nice. I didn't try their food, but I did get to see it kind of happen. They have what almost looks like a restaurant setup. They get a menu like they would at a restaurant. They try to keep it not so facility like. Everybody was very friendly, very kind, and informational."
