"My mom was a resident of Aaspen Village Care II. They fed her cereal for breakfast with no milk. They fed pancakes with no syrup. For dinner, they would open up a can of vegetables, pour them into a bowl, and give her a piece of bread. I mean, it was just ridiculous because nobody would go to the store, I guess, and the residents there, nobody came out of their room because they weren't allowed to come out of the room. It was terrible. The staff, some were good, some were not. She asked for a cup of coffee in the morning, and she had to bring her own coffee because they didn't want to make coffee. So, I had to get instant coffee for her."

"My mom has moved into Starlight Senior Living. It was a smooth transition. I went up there and met the lady who runs it. They were bringing in all the equipment my mom needed. My mom likes it; all that makes me happy is if she's happy. So far, it's working well. The staff were very helpful and very nice. The food is included. There's plenty of room for my mom, and she has her freedom. It's just a house, so there's really no amenities. When I've been there, they're at the table, eating and watching TV. It's lived up to our expectations so far."

"We visited Mountain View Manor together with my husband. We we're amazed with the people and staff. They all look really happy and it seems they are enjoying their stay in a wonderful and beautiful facility. It was a great visit! They have a very nice view from a really eye catching beautiful mountains. The staff are really accommodating, warm, and friendly. They toured us to almost every single corner of the facility. I will recommend this facility to others. "

"A+ Senior Care at Mission Lakes has provided a safe, comfortable environment for my brother, and they seem to be doing a good job. He moved in last July. In general, the staff is responsive in providing information, but sometimes I have to dig it out of them. Things happen that I'm not always notified. The place is a nice house."

"My husband has been in Desert Sky's Board & Care for respite care. The person that I've dealt with was very accommodating. I have trouble sitting because I had a procedure on my back, and he'll bring a chair that's more comfortable for me since I can't sit on a soft couch. I'm happy with them and he seems happy there too. There's two twin beds in his room, and he shares it with another man, but he hasn't complained about it. He says he is sleeping well. They've all been vaccinated, except for my husband. We always wear masks when we go over there and usually we sit out in the back, away from the other people. One time we sat inside, and they had a separate area there for the visitors, because my son was visiting him from Oregon. The bath was right across the hall, which is close. Everything seems fine to me, I have no complaints about them. It's in a very nice neighborhood too. When you drive up, a couple of blocks away there's a nice, big scenic area, and they have a beautiful view of the sunset, which I would love to see. It's a very nice and well-kept house. The yard looks nice and they have a beautiful patio, so it's very neat-looking. The only thing that I have an issue with was the $500 paperwork, and that we're paying $2,800 a month for a shared room."
