My mother is getting ready to be placed here. It is the closest one to us that we were recommended for. The staff seemed to be really nice and helpful. They have an exercise room, and then they have little entertainment areas. They also have their own van.

This was by far the worse facility i have ever seen and the management is horrible the director of nursing doesn't know how to talk to people i would recommend this place get shut down. I say this place deserves a zero star rating. I witness myself a light atay on for 30 minutes and staff constantly walk passed it the administrator his self walked passed the light twice i went to tell someone about that person needing help and i got attitude from a staff member that they will get it when they have time.

My mother had a stroke eight years ago, she had recently fallen and fractured her leg. She in this place for Rehab. Ever since her stroke she has had a week bladder, we ask the aids to help her on the bed pan they may or may not show up it may be 20 mins or more before they can get to her. She's only been here a few days and it's already bad. They come in to give her her meds and she's had a stroke her left side is paralyzed, they don't care or don't realize she can't hold anything in her left hand. They just come in and try to hand her the meds like she's got two working hands. I don't understand at all why this place is still open, these poor people who have no one to speak up for them it's really really sad.

I have a family member in this facility. She is in Memory Care for demintia. If I could I would move her out this minute. Her health has declined drastically in the month since she has been in here. She is always drugged. Spends a great deal of time in. Bed. She cannot go outdoors unless a family member is with her. The workers do not seem to care about the patients. They have a bracelet on her ankle "so they can keep up with her". The floors are so slippery they have tape on the floor to help keep patient from falling. A family member came about 400 miles to see her and was told to leave because it was lunch time, it was two o'clock in the afternoon. This facility is old but that is no excuse for the smells and uncleanliness. At two o'clock in the afternoon two days ago her bed was without linens, why? The first and last time I visited her I had 2 different patients come up to me wanting help. That does not concern me I have been around other facilities in my life. The concern is when i finally found someone to help their response was, " they always want something".

Some of the nurses do not properly care for the residents. If the resident ask for medication some refuse to give it to them and leave the resident in pain. Another nurse has an aid give out certain medication to the residents. Some residents go a long time without eating. By the time they do. Their food is very cold and the aids will not warm it up for them. Some residents are left soak and wet all day without being changed. This is a horrible facility and I would never recommend anyone to send their loved ones here
