Most of the care givers are great. However, the owners who schedule the caregivers will lie to your face! They will cancel a shift without notice when they are short staffed, and then tell you it was your fault because you canceled. Very unprofessional on the phone with clients!

I'm using CareTeam of Wichita Falls. A caregiver comes twice a week, they go buy groceries and stuff for me, run errands, and help me with the house; making the bed, that sort of thing. They are really good.

My husband and I needed some help at home after my recent heart valve replacement. Our CareTeam worker was more than I could have wished for. Mary Beth was sweet and funny, and knew how to do things I needed help with before I even had to ask. Sometimes she would stay a little later to make sure we had dinner prepared and put away in our refrigerator for later. She was a joy and we would use CareTeam again anytime we need more assistance.

The first person that came in was a young lady and she has just completed her third year in nursing, so she hadn't had much experience. However, Care Team immediately found somebody who is close to 40 years and 100% better. This caregiver was good. My wife got Alzheimer's for 12 years and she doesn't like to be undressed, so there is a very big problem giving her a bath. However, this caregiver did a better job than the one prior to her. She is very experienced and she is very accommodating. I'm satisfied with this one.
