I highly recommend Mercy Hospice. They cared (and I do mean cared) for my ex-husband recently for two months before he passed in my home. Every nurse who took care of Jack was knowledgeable, compassionate and loving. I never had to wait long for equipment and meds after ordered. This was a very difficult time for me, and everyone at Mercy was understanding and kind - all the time. I don't know what we would have done without their expertise and care. There were at least a half dozen days when I was worn out and behaved badly, and these people understood what I was going through and were extremely compassionate. Use them if you need hospice - you will not be disappointed. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart. Especially my sweet Kenneth, who my ex-husband quickly grew to love. Such a kind, compassionate, wise man. I love them all and feel deeply indebted to them.

The service and attention that we have received from this provider has been wonderful. When there was an issue with one LVN, it was addressed by the management immediately and resolved to our satisfaction. The nurses, doctors, aids, chaplains and social workers have always made themselves available when we needed them. The education to the caregivers has been invaluable.
