Hospice cared for my husband in 2007. After he passed away, I knew that I wanted to GIVE BACK. I researched the various Hospice groups in my area and decided to volunteer with Helping Hands & Hearts. I have been a Patient Volunteer and I also volunteer in the Thrift Store. In 2011, HH&H's provided care for my son who was terminally ill. These are the most caring, compassionate people I have ever been around. I would highly recommend HH&H's to anyone

The primary business is Hospice for Helping Hands and Hearts Hospice. We pride ourselves in getting to the patient and family within 30 minutes of their call. Our Hospice and business office is located at 103 Circle Way Suite 100 lake Jackson TX 77566 The Thrift Shop for Helping Hands and Hearts Hospice is located at 412 Plantation Drive Lake Jackson 77566. We have some paid employees yet most of the staff is volunteers and the revenue goes to caring for our under insured here in southern Brazoria County. We also have a Circle Of Life program that we offer those with a life limiting diagnosis and not ready for Hospice, to assist the family with friendly visits and the accessibility of knowledge from any of our diciplines.

This hospice did not deliver the services that were needed or promised. They cannot deal with difficult cases that require lots of care. They limited my husband to an hour of care a day and I was told it took 24 hours to get medications. It can be a long 24 hours while in pain.
