We have been using Home Helpers for less than a month now. The owner herself is very charming. The people she sent have been really quite helpful, so I've been satisfied. There is an educational aspect of the care because the people that come in don't instantly know the house, but the people that they've sent learned quickly. Sometimes they come from 9 to 4, but it is usually less and is every other week. Sometimes, the evening staff stay longer and sometimes they don't. We get the evening staff for a long amount of time. They have been extremely cooperative. They work with our needs, so I've been very satisfied.

I highly recommend Home Helpers. From the Management to the daily caregivers, they have been nothing but professional, attentive, and loving. They go out of their way to make sure Dad is taken of and that we are fully informed. Very glad we chose Home Helpers.
