The caregivers have helped the most by providing support for the client and good meals as well as support for us too while we are here. I like most of the caregivers they have chosen. It's hard to pair up people when you don't know their personalities. I like just the fact that they have gone above and beyond as far as helping us out. It's long distance so they have been helping us out with issues that come up with my parent's care.

They cook his eggs to his specifications. They order our groceries. I recently recommended them to someone. They seemed more professional and organized than the other 2 companies I interviewed.

I like the gal who does the scheduling, she is very accommodating to me. I call her at the end of the month and tell her what I need for the next month, and she takes care of it for me.

They just contact whenever there is any issue with the caregiver so I do not have to find out about it later, and it usually is not the caregivers fault but my mother-in-law's. They are very responsive and understanding of my mother-in-law who has dementia.

Sometimes some of the people in the office are not very nice to me. They just keep changing my caregivers, and sometimes I will have one that is scheduled and then they will change it because they want that person somewhere else.
