Comfort Keepers provided assistance when my elderly mother was staying with us for a 3-week visit. They were very responsive from the initial contact through scheduling and follow-up. The caregiver they provided was very professional and personable and we were very happy with the service provided. She was always on-time.

Two caregivers were SUPERB. Fannie and I did have some issues with a few other caregivers (watched tv sot, took over my dad's copy chair, myseyerious $ missing.) however, the superb service of the franchiser Shelby V. and his 24/7 manager along with these two perfect caregivers cause me to encourage other families to use them--if you can get those two reliable, proficient, dedicated women. Alfreda is forward, funny, direct. Fannie was less reserved, observant, both were so kind to us, informed of each day's progress and changes. Loved them.

Comfort Keepers was very good. The girls that came wanted to talk, listen, and converse rather than just sit around and do things, which was the main plus for me. They helped me with different things I couldn’t do. They drove me down to doctors or wherever I needed to go. It really helped. They are very punctual, and if they couldn't come, there was always a back up. Billing and management were excellent. They stayed active and involved with us.

We have a home care person from Comfort Keepers that comes in five days a week for my mom. They do some light housekeeping for her, and they do her laundry. They are there to just provide some companionship. If there is anything that we need as far as them going to the grocery or taking her to any doctor appointment, they are available to do it. The caregiver is very friendly and very cooperative. I would suggest that they would have a little bit more correspondence with the family member on the care, the progress or anything that goes on.

I found Comfort Keepers to be pretty cooperative. The problem I have is that a lot of times I don’t know until the last minute if I can get the same person each time. They help my dad with bathing and shaving. They come in 3 to 4 times a week and stay 3 to 4 hours at a time.

My first encounter with Comfort Keepers was when the home visit was done for my dad. The gentleman that came to do the visit seemed to be well versed in what the company had to offer. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. Care was arranged very quickly and the same person stayed with my dad until he passed. They provided my dad with care and comfort which was greatly appreciated.

My mother has had comfort Keepers on and off for about three years. My mother is hard to please but the caregivers have always been very patient and kind. We had used other agencies in the past but found the staff at Comfort Keepers to be very professional and we'll trained.

My family member has been with Comfort Keepers less than a year. We find that the staff is very engaged in the care of my loved one. Particularly the office staff is extremely kind and helpful. Comfort Keepers is highly recommended to my friends and neighbors.
