I used Right at Home Northwest Fort Worth for about a week and a half. They worked with me on the price and the attendant who came and took care of my mom was good, caring, and eager to help out around the house. It was just a good experience. When I told them about my circumstances, they decreased their prices to accommodate me and were very quick. I talked to them on one day and had a person there the next day.

We have used Right at Home (Northwest) for almost two years. We survived difficult times during Covid, with my wife who suffered a stroke and needs constant attention. We've had some rough spots with care givers, but they worked until they found the right ones. It is no fault of theirs as caregivers can be difficult to find. We were very pleased with Alexa and now Marci. They have been dependable, caring, flexible, and understanding. We couldn't have done it without them.

Rita was a tremendous help. She did a lot for us and beyond. Very professional when she came in. Very pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in her. She was polite and very punctual in arriving and leaving. I would love to have her back.
