Bluebonnet team members were always amazing during help and care for my terminally ill husband!! Katie was quick to respond to my calls and texts. When he graduated to Heaven Katie offered to bring me food and run errands. Susannah was always on time and looked for things to make my day easier!! They were involved and caring! Bluebonnet Caregivers provides non-medical, in-home care for seniors across Fort Worth and the surrounding Tarrant County area. We help older adults stay safe and independent in the home they know, so families don't have to carry the weight of caregiving alone.
Our caregivers assist with the everyday things that make aging in place possible: personal care like bathing and dressing, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments and errands. I am a past client of this provider. I recently had surgery, was sent home with a full time RN due to needing care and I hired this company. The woman who came to my home did nothing to help me. She stayed upstairs, went outside for smoke breaks, did not prepare meals, etc. she stayed two nights. The next person who came was outstanding. I felt I should be compensated for subpar service. Katie explained she had to pay the caregiver. I recommend looking for a service that is run more professionally. The company has only been in business a short time so finding a more experienced service is what I will do in the future.
