we call the office for emergency , over 2 hours the nurse come ...... next day we called office , and then we can not wait no more so we call 911 , and 911 come , they call the office then nurse come to make dead paper ....... I request the report of my dad for last 3 weeks of my dad life , I did not get any report ..... they did not care about the patient ........ Do not believe what this office tell you

My husband is not just a number he is treated with the utmost respect and loving care. The care that he is receiving from his nurse (Tracey) and his caregiver (Sidonia) is beyond excellent, they genuinely care about him as a person, in fact as if he was a member of their own family. They are always there to support me too and I never feel rushed asking never ending questions. Thank you Ardent Hospice, Nurse Tracey and caregiver Sidonia.

My wife was diagnosed with PSP about 3 1/2 years ago. This is a neurological deterioration in the Parkinson's family which causes continuing loss of life skills including balance, walking, swallowing, speech, vision, and it impacts emotional status as these losses increase. The Ardent Team of nurses and CNA have been amazingly supportive, creative and diligent in helping me deal with her changing and declining conditions. Additionally, the office staff, the Social Services and the Chaplain have all been available, extremely supportive and wonderfully kind. Each person truly cares for both of us and has taken the time to listen to both Susan and me in understanding our needs. We are continuing forward with this journey and Susan and I are both thankful and blessed that Ardent's kind and loving team is at our side. Thanks, Trevor Ford

My husband Sam and I have been married for 45 years. No one has ever cared for Sam other than me and his mother! We have been blessed to have Ardent aides and nurses and admin staff go over and above what one would expect in healthcare. I have many years of knowledge on “how to properly care” for a loved one” at this time in their life. It should and was all the things that Ardent Hospice did for Sam. Professional, efficient, caring, knowledgeable and most important of all the home health nurses and aides cared for him in a loving, kind and compassionate manner while also keeping myself and grown children informed. This kind of care is so, so special. This is a very scary, sad and uncertain time for the family! But Ardent makes sure all those fears and concerns are met and educated with hearts of gold! Ardent hospice has been absolutely wonderful. They have been taking care of my mother for two weeks up until she died yesterday. The people who work there have angel wings. They answer any question you have they are there at your fingertips all you have to do is phone with any question you might have. They arranged for specialized nurses to come out and stay with me During the last day and night. If you are ever in need of a hospice service I would highly recommend ardent hospice.
