Right now, my parents are using in-home care, and they're with Home Instead. They're very easy to work with, they're very responsive when I need something, and they've generally been on top of it. They do homemaker services. They do all nonmedical services like laundry, cleaning, changing beds, and cooking. I don't know much about the billing just because it goes to the insurance, but the scheduling has been great. We've been able to work with some of their helpers, and if something ever comes up with the helpers, they're able to find a person to come and help out. So it's been good. They communicate very well. My parents' caregivers are very empathetic, caring, and thorough.
