We were very pleased with the caregivers and care from Mom's Best Friend Sr Care. They were professional, gave exceptional care and were like part of our family!! Careful care was taken in finding the right match for My Grandfather and my Mother! We could rest well knowing they were in such loving and capable hands!!! They made a difficult time so much easier for us!!

mbf-senior care is MY best friend. the caregivers who come to our house to care for my husband are like good friends coming to visit. they give him excellent care and know what is best for him. when I have to leave the house I do so with confidence because I know ed is 'in good hands'. they also interact great with our dog Daisy (who has them wrapped around her little paw). having a good relationship with Daisy is very important to us - she is a member of our family. they CARE and that makes a big difference for us.

As care managers, our company policy is to recommend two or three resources to address our client's problems or issues, if we can. We are never surprised when Mom's Best Friend (MBF) is chosen by our clients and their families. Communications is at the heart of what we do, and MBF goes overboard, always, in keeping us, our client and their family members and interested parties informed of whatever the issue is from noting some potential problem for our client to letting us know about potential scheduling issues before they become a problem. Their ability to find and recruit exceptional caregivers is beyond any reasonable expectation. They can find educated, articulate and just otherwise interesting care givers for most any client situation and environment. We have given their name to others as a way to do it right, and exceptionally so.

I highly recommend Mom's Best Friend companion service. I have worked with several of their caregivers for my mother who is recently widowed and has early AD, and they all have been great! MBF is very easy to work with -- I get clear profiles of the caregivers prior to their assignment and the MBF management staff is very supportive.

I hired MBF in January for my mom with dementia. She visits my mom twice a day M-F. It was the best move I ever made. Until we got MBF my mom was always up and down with her actions and emotions. My mom has been the most stable these past few months versus the 4 years she has lived here. I would recommend them to anybody needing help or just peace of mind. The staff is professional, courtious and knows how to touch the lives of older people. I even get a text message after each time my caregive sees my mom to give me an update. I wouldn't know what to do without them .

I was very pleased with the excellent care provided by MBF in my home. The understanding and skills at dealing with a very difficult Alzheimer patient was comfort. I highly recommend this service provider because they go the extra mile to find a perfect fit between patient and caregiver.

We've had the pleasure of working with the Carrollton, Texas office to set up care service for my father. From both scheduling and skill set requirements, MBF has worked with us to ensure we have what we need. The caregivers are both professional and compassionate. I have peace of mind knowing that my father is in excellent hands. The administrative staff follows up on a regular basis to ensure that our needs are being met. Choosing MBF was one of the best decisions we have made.
