My family and I would like to highly recommend River City Hospice. Having tried another group a few months earlier and been disappointed, we were amazed at River City's responsiveness! What a joy for us! We couldn't believe how quickly they responded to all of our needs. Their equipment like hospital beds, etc arrived so fast....never a wait! The same with their staff and their suggestions! I just can't say enough about their wonderful employees. They were very knowledgeable and loving in caring for my father. We were also very impressed with the communication from the nurses and aides. If there was any delay, they were quick to call and let us know what to expect. My father lived in Orange, TX so I believe that the Beaumont office was coordinating his care. But I suspect that all of their offices are good. Hope this might help you making your decision for hospice care of your loved one.
