I'm using Home Instead. Marlene comes in once a week and I don't have to tell her what needs to be done. She goes right on through, just as soon as she gets the door. She sets her belongings down and goes right straight into doing her work, dishwashing and changing the sheets and washing the sheets and whatever she routinely does. She also does a real good job with my wife. My wife can't talk, can't walk, and can't feed herself or anything like that. She helps out on some of that and she'll get with her during the day and work with her personally. She would put moisturizer on her face and her body and do some personal things like that and put her earrings back in. She does real well. I tell her sometimes, "If it wasn't for you, i might just quit." She does a good job. She comes four hours a day on Wednesday. There was a time when she wasn't coming and they'd send different ones over here. Some of them were real good and some of them were just here. I get a bill every two weeks, two times a month.

I was needing medical non emergency transport for my Mom to travel to a specialist doctor’s appt. Mom, who is a stroke victim lives in a Memory Care facility . I was recommended to Home Instead - Cleveland by one of Mom’s general doctors. This is the first time we needed to use a third party for transport. Rebecca was assigned to us and spent most of the day taking care of all of Mom’s transport/transfer needs, as well as treating Mom with the utmost respect and care. It was if she was taking care of her own mother. It has been 5 months since my Mom had her first stroke. During that time she has been in and out of multi hospitals and rehab centers. I pray she is settled now. It is great to know Home Instead is a phone call away to assist - and Rebecca is now on my team.

Home Instead - Cleveland, TN has been caring for my mother. We've been using them for a couple of weeks now. They're very personable. Cherie, the lady that we work with to get everything set up, was very helpful, very considerate, and very respectful of my mother's situation. The caregiver, Yong, was phenomenal. She came in and as soon as she stepped in the door, did everything that she saw needed to be done and didn't have to be asked to do anything. She was fabulous. They provide general caregiving, housework, meal prep, and help her get dressed in the mornings. They come out Monday through Friday, five days a week.

I have a caregiver for my husband from Home Instead. It's been three months now. The service is very good. It is accurate. She's always on time. She is very good with my husband. She listens to him. She helps him with his thoughts. He has Alzheimer's, and so she really helps him when he gets confused. I have 13 hours a week, usually divided into three days, four hours for two days and five hours for one day. I only ask for help with him, like they chauffer him around, take him here or there wherever I ask them to, or stay at home with him while I leave. She listens very carefully to him and tries to meet all of his needs. She's real good with him. Her name is Joanna.

We're using Home Instead for my husband. It's close to a year now. They help and are willing to help in whatever way you need them to. Services include sitting with the patient and helping when I need help with him, to turn him or to change him, or bathing. I'm currently using them five days a week. If I ask them do something extra, they would. If I needed something small around the house or if I need to leave, they could get some food for him or if I needed a room vacuum, they could do that. Her name is Donna.
