This place is horrible. My mother was transferred there after we were told that my father who is oxygen dependent could stay by her side. However , the nurses treated him awfully because they thought that he should pay/sign up for hospice as well. We were completely blindsided and were very upset. Not what my family should have gone through during this extremely hard time! The nurses were so unprofessional and the overall care was substandard to say the least. This place only wants money and clearly does not care about caring for dying patients. Avoid them at all costs.

The work attitude of the nurses at Crozer-Keystone was wonderful, but I did not like the doctors. The rooms were adequate for my mom. I was able to taste the food, and it was OK.
