I was very satisfied with Suma Home Care. The caregiver's name is Cindy and my uncle got along very well with her. She went above and beyond for him. She would come come and make sure he got something to eat like breakfast before he leaves. She makes sure he had taken his medicine. She makes sure he dressed properly for daycare. She would help him get on the bus. She also helped with light housekeeping. She did things for him that she didn't have to do. We really loved it. I was very satisfied.

Initially, I went online looking for companies to support my father who had just come out of the hospital. We needed daily care for him. When I went online there were several agencies that came up. Suma answered right away while the rest answered a little later in the day. I spoke with them in reference to care for my father. They met my needs because at that time, I was not able to pay for 5 days a week. They were generous enough and came out with different packages that I could choose from, explaining what they would do and what they would offer. They were very very personable and considerate toward my father. They were able to provide a couple of hours, twice a week at that time. We started part time with them last November 2011. And then when my father needed care everyday, we still decided to keep them because my father was already with them. So we talked to them about coming out everyday and we've been using their service 6 days a week since March of this year. We have one caregiver from Suma Home Care. He helps my dad when it comes to personal care and grooming. He fixes his meal too and other light house keeping. My dad is very comfortable with him. I actually do not have any complaints about them. Whenever I call, they are always flexible with the hours.

My experience with Suma Home Care has been fantastic and I'd recommend them as a first stop to anyone entering the world of home care. The reason I went to Suma Home Care originally was of all the places I called, they were the most helpful and responsive on the phone and in email. Never initially or since did I send them a message and not hear back from them within a reasonable time frame. "“ Even late at night! The professional and prompt services that are consistently provided have giving me the confidence and pride in this wonderful agency. Their caregiver's professionalism went well beyond the requirements for the position. Her dedication to, and concern for my wife, has been consistent throughout her stay. I had a caregiver working her previously that I like so much. She decided to transfer from one agency to Suma. Since I liked her so much I told her to go with whatever company she will be transferring. I have met I. Suma and I think he's nice. The caregivers I have now vary in terms of their performance. The one caregiver we have now her name is Mowata and she's the best one. She's very competent.I don't need to tell her anything. She just know what to do around the house. The other caregivers are ok but they don't seemed as experienced like Mowata. My wife is bed-ridden who has polio and they take care of her hygiene and prepare her meals.
