I have hired Home Helpers and am highly satisfied. They are coming in twice a week for two or three hours doing cleaning, meal prep help, and some rides to and from appointments. The caregiver is excellent ay caring for my parents very well and has told me it's as if they are her own parents. They send weekly invoices, and I pay them through my parents’ bank account online, so it is very easy. They keep communication open with scheduling. They are flexible if I need to add a day or add a ride on a day that I know my caregiver is available. They are on time and very reliable. If there is a day that I need them and the original caregiver is not available, the original person I met with is always available, or someone is always available. We are very happy, and my parents love their caregiver.

My mom used Home Helpers. They were on time and came every day. The caregivers were really good at everything. We had them for a couple of weeks. I would certainly recommend them.

Adam: the family appreciated all you did for my Mom. It was such a comfort to know she was safe and being well cared for while we were at work. It took so much stress off the family and really helped keep to keep us functioning until the next crisis. We just couldn't take anymore vacation days. Please thank Donna, Theresa, Peggy and others who I forgot for all they did for our family during this difficult time. My brother also enjoyed the company and having a break from so many questions from my Mom. Tim always said "They're Great"!!!! We could never have made it without your help. Please thank all your caregivers from our family. It was nice working with you and your professional staff. Thank You.
