HCBC supported my Dad after he had surgery. The staff was kind, accessible, and responsive to our needs. They did a great job caring for our family during a difficult time and I'm grateful we had their help.

They are understanding, and communicate well when they have an aide available, what days and times. They understand that we have to get along with anyone that comes into our home and they work with me on that. They also call just to check in and see how everything is going with me as a client. I know this is a hard career and it is hard to find employees but they always seem to make it work and are very upfront and honest with what is going on.
