I like the nurses that we have, they are very nice. They have helped me the most by staying on top of us having nurses.

I like the coordinator. I know her personally; we grew up together, so that kind of gave me a level of comfort. The agency has made the experience positive because they are on time and follow up every 60 days, and if anything changes, they let you know.

I like that they are concerned about the patient, you get the help you need, and you can talk to them anytime you call. They give the help that you need, and they make sure you are taken care of.
