Without them, I don't know what I would do because she needs 24-hour care and I couldn't be there 24 hours a day I like that they are able to provide home companionship for my mom when I am not able to.

They do a good job. They also help with things like cleaning in the house. I like that they are willing to help and do what I ask them to like to run little errands and things like that.

The provider helps us the most because we do not have to be here and we have someone checking on her. They will come in and get to work without telling them what to do.

They were caring for my father before he died, and now they help me due to an injury. They help me with dressing and in the shower. They helped him with transferring, ambulation, feeding, and meal prep. They kept him clean and his place clean. We've worked with them for a number of years, and they've tried very hard to match our needs with the people that they have available to place in our home. They spend a lot of time considering who to send to our home.

Having everyday service would be nice. One of the workers came by, and she followed up on what the workers were doing. I appreciated that. She comes by a couple days each month.

I have trust issues with the people that they hire. We just let go of our caregiver. I'm a little worried about hiring anyone from them. They did everything they could do to screen the new person. She was taking advantage of us financially. They are aware of the situation and are taking care of it.

They cook and they clean up. They take her shopping, and they make sure she is paying her bills. They've always been there when I needed them. I've never had any problems with them. They do whatever it takes to make her happy.

It wasn't anything they did, but my mother rejected them. She wouldn't allow it. The women were very sweet and calm, which is usually what is needed in a situation like home care.

I don't have to remember my doctor appointments, and they take the worry off of me. They have an input as to the function of my family.

I would tell a friend that Visiting Angels is very caring and attentive to needs. Visiting Angels has made my life easier because I needed some one to assist me with my daily activities because I am disabled.
